COST: Delivering exceptional value to clients is of the highest priority. The fee structure varies based on the services provided. Legal Aid Certificates are accepted for Mental Health representation matters only. Legal Aid Certificates are obtained via the Psychiatric Patient Advocate Office or Legal Aid Ontario and provided to Erin on behalf of you, the client or someone acting on behalf of the client.
All other matters: Fees are set by either a flat fee or an hourly rate. Wills, estate and advanced planning services are usually charged on a flat fee subject to any complex tasks which would be discussed in advance. Consultation Services are usually charged on an hourly fee. Most insurance companies will reimburse a portion for the counselling portion of this service when it pertains to mental health. A retainer agreement with the fee structure and specific services agreed upon would be created.
